Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

It is unfortunate that your grandmother suffered from brain haemorrhage due to very high blood pressure.

The treatment and outcome of brain haemorrhage depends on the size and location of bleeding in the brain.

If it is possible, please upload the CT/MRI scan of brain.

If the bleeding in the brain is large, a surgery may be required to remove the blood and swelling.

If the bleeding is small, then, medications may be given to reduce the brain swelling.

In addition, her BP should be kept under good control.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
