I have high blood pressure 130/80 and my cholesterol was 220. I have been watching my food intake, reading everything and limiting myself to certain food, yet I still have high numbers. My questions is how much cholesterol am I suppose to maintain perday.

Hi Yoir blood pressure is not that high to mention high bp But the cholesterol levels are on the border line . You can take foods containing antioxidants, high density lipoprotein like kiwi fruits, fish etc added with vegetables and fruits Normal cholesterol values range from 120 to 200 Calories from fat should be around 20% from the daily calorie requirements Each gram of fat gives 9 calories Daily normal, al calorie required are 2400 to 2000 per day Take care
