What Is The Huge Growth In The Pubic Region Of An Elderly Person?

our 82 year old grandmother who is only 95 pounds has a large (small baseball)size growth on her right frontal pubic area, it does not hurt,and lies inside her panty line . I was just made aware of this. she states it has become noticable since this past summer.

It is most likely to be an inguinal hernia which is more common in elderly. Usually hernias are harmless but can lead to complication. There is also a chance that it could be some other condition. Therefore, you should seek opinion of a surgeon. He/she will be able to diagnose it and suggest treatment as well as precautions.
