What Is The Green Colour Discharge After A Large Intestine Operation?

My brother pass through operation of big intestine. And outlet is give outside the body. But he is facing through fistula a liquid passing throung steaches which is of mahandi green color. But don't smell stinge around 200 ml level of liquid comesout.no more then or nor less. What to think clear soup is given through mouth.
Is it normal

Hello,

The green discharge in absence of odor, fever, vomiting, and pain is normal. Many times in postoperative resection period, it may be a part of bile content and altered gut flora mechanics.
