Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.Siva and I am pleased to assist you.

Vyvanse contains lisdexamfetamine.
The dosage is 30 mg per day.
The dose can be adjusted with increment of 10 mg at weekly intervals.
Dosage is increased based on the response. It is always good to allow the doctor to assess the response to the medication and decide whether the dose has to be increased.
This has to be taken once daily in the morning.
Avoid taking this in the afternoon and evening as it will cause trouble sleeping.

I hope that answers your question.
Regards.
