Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to HCM and thank you for your query.
Appreciate your interest in your health but multivitamin should not be considered an immunity booster. If you are eating a wholesome diet in the required amount, you do not require any additional vitamins. Only if your diet is restricted or unhealthy, do you require a vitamin supplement. If you do not have any problem related to a deficiency of vitamins, one tablet per day is sufficient for the daily requirement. If you take excess of water soluble vitamins like B or C, the excess just passes out in the urine. Excess of fat soluble vitamins like A and D can be harmful.
Take Care.
