hello!
I have been through your question.
Related to your concern you should know that enterogermina contains germs to restore gastrointestinal function. It is not a drug is a probiotic, which is use to name ingested microorganisms associated with benefits for humans. The usually the dose for your child is 2 tubes per day for 5 days by mouth. According the other question if the fish is the reason of loose motion you should know that infants are at greater risk for food poisoning but this diarrhea is accompanied by fever and maybe vomiting, then it is probably an intestinal viral or bacterial infection. But your child doesn't have these symptoms. It may be related to a change in diet, but doesn’t always mean there is an allergy or intolerance. The most important for the moment is to re-hydrate your child with tresol and give the enterogermina.
I hope my answer help you.
I wish your child a quick recovery.
