What Is The Difference Between Symptoms Of High BP And Low BP?

How can you tell the difference between symptoms of high blood pressure and low blood pressure. The symptoms are almost the same. I do not have a pressure monitor to always check daily. Often when I get stressed at work, I get a Buzzing headache and my teeth feel like they are tingling, my temple veins throb with heartbeat, I get dizzy, especially when standing up fast or slow, I get vertigo and blurred vision.
