What Is The Diet For High Sugar Patient?

Hi I am my sister is suffering from lyomyosarcoma (pancreatic cancer) she has got her pancreas removed through surgery.and now she has very high sugar(400) we dont understand what diet we should give to her as she feels hungry all the time.please suggest me diet for her

Hello thanx for using hcm,
As she got her pancreas removed so you should watch how much carbohydrates you are giving as there is no insulin.
Give small meals restricting to right portion size.
Use more of whole grains avoid refined sugars like juices , sweets and sweetened drinks and starches like potatoes and yams.
Give easy digesting iean proteins
Avoid high fat foods.
