What Is The Diagnosis Of Headache, Shivering Due To Cold, Tiredness, Loss Of Appetite And Fever?

Hi Samuel,
Am suffering from strange symptoms.
Slight HeadAche all day.
Feels like am shivering due to cold.This starts only by 5.30PM onwards.
Feel very tired after 5.30PM and want to simply lie down.
heavy breathing.
Loss of appetite.Had a fever on 2nd day 101'F
No cold,running nose or throat pain.
Please help me diagnose this.

Based on the symptoms that you have mentioned, it is possible that you have one of the following:
Tuberculosis
Viral fever
Malaria
Anemia of chronic disease
Flu like symptoms
Cancer (rare)

Based on the finding that you have, it is possible that you have tuberculosis or Malaria. This is because you have fever and chills but you do not have any other symptoms.

I recommend that you see a Doctor and get a complete blood check up done. This will get us to the diagnosis and I will be able to help you. Share the reports with me so I can confirm the diagnosis.
