What Is The Diagnosis For Mucus Retention Cyst Within Sphenoid Sinus Causing Headache, Facial Tenderness And Congestion?

There is a 1.7 cm mucous retention cyst/polyp identified within the left sphenoid sinus on a recent ctscan of mine. I've had sinus infections, congestion, headaches, neckaches, pain deep behind my eyes, facial tenderness, a off and on hissing sound in the past, and fatigue. What diagnoses would you give me, and/or what further testing should I have? My next ent doctor appt is Jan. 2 and what questions should I ask him.
Thank you, Sincerely Gina.

HI
Than for asking to HCM
I can understand your problem If I would be your Doctor then I would put you on medicine instead, looking for any other test, here this is the line of management, first is general care taking and that is, drink lot of hot drinks if not possible then have Luke worm water, take steam inhalation frequently, avoid smoking, now in medicine "levofloxacine 500 mg twice a day for seven days and levocetrizine twice a day also try any mucolytic agents either in liquid form or in tab. available on counter, form these will give good result try this, have nice day.
