An mri is important to rule out the possibility of intracranial lesions like cranial mass, increased pressure in the head, infections etc
therefore a mri should be done first. if that is ok, then we can think about and evaluate the possibility of more benign conditions like
migraine,
sinusitis, refractory errors etc
