What Is The Cure For Acne Or Rash That Appears On The Face And Chest?
I have recently been breaking out and not sure what the cause is. I have never had acne and am unable to pin point why this is happening. I have tried many topical treatments but haven't seen much progress. I have noticed that it is now on my face and chest. The part on my chest is itching like a rash issue. There is a few pimples on my face but mostly a lot of red bumps, but it could also be a rash. Anything you can do to help me would be great. I am feeling depressed and stressed out about it. my email address is YYYY@YYYY
Hello, Welcome to healthcare magic, Acne is due to adolescent hormones and you will continue to have it till that hormonal influence is over. You didn't mention your age. Wash your face with a pH balanced face wash, preferably a one containing 1-2% salicylic acid. You may apply a gel containing clindamycin 1% in the morning over pimples and Benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel at night over pimple prone areas. Get these prescribed by your doctor.
Avoid creams on your face. Diet is important. Avoid excess milk and milk products like cheese, chocolates, sweets, sugary foods and drinks. Eat a lot of fruits rich in vitamin A (anything with lot of color).
Hope this helped Take care
