What Is The Cure For Acne For A 2 Month Pregnant Person?
Hi ,i am suffering from acne pass 2 month. The acne are more near side of chin . As per my doctor advice i am using deriva c from last 2 month but see no much difference . Plz help. I am 2 month pregnant . I have red spot also in pimple area and black heads. My skin is oily. I use sunscreen in morning.
I can understand your concern for the pimples. Acne or pimples are youth related problem and is not a disease per say and can appear during preganncy too.
Deriva-c contains retinoids (adapalene)for topical application form. It is very effective cream but it should be used during pregnancy. Stop this cream immediately.
If I were your dermatologist then would have prescribed you to apply gel containing benzoyl perxide and clindamycin. I suggest you to apply in thinnest possible amount. If there is some irritation is present then you can apply on alternate days. Apply it in night time rather than day time. Protect yourself form direct sunlight.
Do not take any oral medication as it can harm your baby.
All the best and take care
