Hello, Welcome Thanks for consulting HCM,

I have gone through your query, as you have numbness in your tongue dont worry it happens in cases where neddle stuck the nerve during anaesthesia .

It is known as paraesthesia of tongue .

You do is warm saline gargle two - three times a day.

Take one tablet vitamin supplements once daily for one month .

If still your problem continues then consult your dentist again and go for examination.

Hope this will help you.
