Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.

There are numerous causes for Unilateral (single leg) swelling of foot. A few of them are Venous insufficiency, Venous thrombosis, Lymphatic obstruction, cellulitis etc. A detailed clinical examination along with a entire history of your symptoms is needed to establish a proper diagnosis.

I suggest you to consult a General surgeon and follow the advice.

Hope this information is helpful. Good day
