What Is The Cause Of Stomach Pain?

Hi Doctor , My son has gone for ultra sound and Result is Few mesentric nodes seen reactive (SAD =7mm) and lots of gas . Doctor gave him antibiotic and told me to do ultra sound again after 1week. I am so much worried. He have sometime pain in stomach for few months but not other sysmptoms. Please tell me , anything serious?? Preeti

Finding of few mesenteric lymph nodes during scanning for abdominal pain is not uncommon and it is usually benign and subsides by itself .I think no cause for worry ,it fully resolves by itself
