What Is The Cause Of Stomach Pain?

When I eat I have a pain above my belly button and also my chest, it seems to happen when I eat, where I have to stop and then go back when it doesn't hurt. Also my chest and lungs area on my back seem to hurt as well. Any thoughts to what could be causing all of the above?

Well probably you are having gastritis or gastric ulcer.the worsening of pain with intake of food providing a clue to it.All you have to do is to avoid the risk factors causing it like smoking, pain medications plus try a trail of cap omeprazole 40 mg once in morning 30 minutes before taking breakfast for 14 days.if symptoms persist then consult a gastroentrologist to screen you for H pylori infections
