General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thank you for posting.

I read your query very carefully and I understand your concerns.
The causes of these symptoms(that you refer) are many and different so you need some examination to diagnose properly:
1- Blood test(sedimentation rate).
2- Abdominal ultrasound.
3- Esophagogastroduodenoscopy.
4- Liver function test, to check the liver function.
5- Urine test.

Contact your gastroenterologist.

I hope you find this helpful.

All the best.
Dr. Behar.
