You are having cyanosis (bluish blackening of skin) and absence of beats for some time. These are symptoms of heart block. So better to consult cardiologist and get done ecg and 2d echo. If both are normal than we need to rule out bronchitis. Because your symptoms like chest pain and breathing difficulty are seen in bronchitis. So get done PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
