What Is The Cause Of Shortness Of Breath?

hay doc, i have been experiencing the pain in my front left side and back side.sometimes i feel like im getting ran out of breath for some minutes and my through t feel like i have something blocking it.when i sleep i get black out like my heart stop beating for seconds...pleas doctor i really need help on this...

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your situation and problem.
By your history and description, possibility of either bronchitis or heart block is more.
You are having cyanosis (bluish blackening of skin) and absence of beats for some time. These are symptoms of heart block.
So better to consult cardiologist and get done ecg and 2d echo.
If both are normal than we need to rule out bronchitis. Because your symptoms like chest pain and breathing difficulty are seen in bronchitis.
So get done PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
You may need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
So better to first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
