What Is The Cause Of Persistent Headache With Pressure Behind The Eyes ?

I am on day 10 of the following symptoms; light headed, pressure behind eyes, vertigo and today strong smell of metal in my nose and taste cinnamon in my mouth . The headache is connected to the pressure. I cannot stand without feeling dizzy/light headed

Hi welcome to H.C.M.Forum,get the BP checked, it could be due to BP , or middle ear infection, or some problem in the brain like ischemia. for the present you have to use cinnerzine , PPI, with the advise of a doctor, then have the advise of a physitoan . thank you.
