Hi,

Painless lump on back below right shoulder may be some tumor. It may be from long period. It may be either lipoma or fibroma. For firm diagnosis, you consult surgeon. Both the conditions are benign. It may be kept untreated , if you do not mind. Otherwise, it may be removed surgically. For that you consult surgeon. Surgical excision is simple and done under local anaesthesia and the part of the tumor may be sent to laboratory for HP examination , and ultimately for the diagnosis. You might have satisfaction with my answer. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
