What Is The Cause Of Numbness After An Electric Shock In The Left Arm?

In the middle ofthe night last night, two different occasions I felt like I had been shocked by electricity and my ledt arm went numb, but yet hurt pretty badly. This has occured before. I wasnt worried before, because when I get overly tired, I will talk and sometimes walk in my sleep. In fact, the things I do and say are pretty wierd. So last night I thought I was being shocked by my electric blanket - so once theelingcame back into my arm, I removed my electric blanket. Juzt trying to figure out what this sbocking, numbness is.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern let me tell you something that electric shock is kind of thermal injury that may not cause the numbness, you said that this was the electric blanket so the electric shock due to this is vey less likely this could be something else which must have jerked the arm and this might be causing numbness, hope this information helps you have a nice day.
