Hello and welcome to HCM.
The cause for your symptoms vary, depending on age.
Accordingly, the treatment advised will also vary.
So, mention your age and if you're on any medication, or tried any medication for this, and send it here, in my name.
You'll need to check your blood sugar, and do an ultrasound scan of the abdomen and a TRUS(Trans Rectal Ultrasound Scan).
Kindly send the reports for the best advice.
