What Is The Cause Of Mild Stomach Pains And Feeling To Pass Motion Again And Again?

Hi I have had mild pain in the lower stomach area and have to go to the toilet 3 to 4 times in the morning which starts with firm motions then small amounts to I seem to empty out then have that funny feeling ( wanting to go again ) for the rest of the day. I have had this for the last 5 days. This was a day after getting a flu injection

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of flu shot 5 days ago, started getting mild pain in the lower abdomen, going for passing motion 3-4 times, hard initially then small frequent stools.
As per the history you have provided, the flu shot might have caused changes in the bacterial flora too hence causing the motion problem in the morning or there can be bacterial infection that is causing this problem.
I would advise you the following:
Maintain hydration and electrolyte balance well.
Send the sample of stool and blood for tests.
If there is an evidence of infection, it is better to insist for a course of an antibiotic, Metronidazole and probiotics.
Take fresh home-made foods and boiled and cooled water only. No outside food at all.
