What Is The Cause Of Leg Pain?

I sometimes get woken up in the middle of the night by a unbearable inner thigh pain, which is hard to describe it feels like someone is stabbing me in the leg - I cannot move as it gets worse - it brings me to tears sometimes - It eases up about 15 minutes but that time frame seems so long

hi,
u seem to suffer from nocturnal muscle cramps of your medial hamstrings(inner thigh muscles).
u should take following treatment
1. avoid sleeping with too low temperature of air conditioner.
2. take a preparation of vitamin E 200 mg twice a day for 2 weeks
3. u can also apply crepe bandage to your thigh while sleeping
4. avoid strenuous exercises or sports activities for the time being
5. drink coconut water everyday
6. learn hamstring stretching exercises with the help of a physiotherapist
