hi, u seem to suffer from nocturnal muscle cramps of your medial hamstrings(inner thigh muscles). u should take following treatment 1. avoid sleeping with too low temperature of air conditioner. 2. take a preparation of vitamin E 200 mg twice a day for 2 weeks 3. u can also apply crepe bandage to your thigh while sleeping 4. avoid strenuous exercises or sports activities for the time being 5. drink coconut water everyday 6. learn hamstring stretching exercises with the help of a physiotherapist
