Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It seems that you might have prurigo simplex. There may be papular eruptions wth severe itching more at night. There may be some cause. Stress, worries, tension ,irritants or some allergen would be the cause. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis. After thorough examination and investigations, he might give you proper treatment. Antihistaminics like levocetirizine and short course of steroid in tappering dose woud be helpful. Application of mild steroid cream with antibiotics might improve the lesions. If there any systemic disease is found, take the treatment from physician. You may be alright.

Thanks.
