What Is The Cause Of Hair Getting Thinner?

I am a 50 year woman just into menopause. The last few years, my hair is getting thinner, breaking easily and has lost its body. What can I do besides try every moisturizing product out there, which I have done, many different oils put in my hair too, nothing is working.

Hello,

I can can understand your concern for the hair fall.

As I can get your history I can make our that you are 50 years of age with menopause as very important cause of the same.

It is quite common to find hair fall post and Peri menopausal age group due to hormonal changes of estrogen and progesterone with other body changes.

I reassure you that it is quite common process and there is nothing to be worried about.

If I were your dermatologist then would have suggested to take a tablet containing Biotin as active ingredients.

An iron supplementation in diet is very much helpful. Take a good nourishing diet daily to improve your nutritional reserves.

All the best.
