What Is The Cause Of Green Motion In A Child?

my daughter is 3 years old. She is suffering from fever (with cold and cough) and we consulted children specialist. He prescribed medicine and it is being used. But she is passing green color motion as and when going to urinal (only day time)

please advise me.
