What Is The Cause Of Frequent Urination And Tiredness?

I have been urinating a lot lately, whenever I eat I am instantly tired and seem to have lost all energy. I thought at first it might be Low T but at twenty eight years old and being athletic my whole life I can't see that being the case. I was an addict for four years to pain pills but am Hep C and HIV free so what could this be? I also have been sober for over half a year and now am freaking out because my father and grandmother had Diabetes.

Hello,

As per there is a history of diabetes in the family, and symptoms are
suggestive of the same; you must take fasting, postprandial blood
sugar with HB1Ac reports for the diagnosis and further management
rather than freaking out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
