HI, im builking up in gym, i have 6 meals a day, meals are protein foods eggs chickens fish tuna. ive had toilet 3 time two day, but ive got really sore back side, i feel like i need toilet all time, i had abit blood when i wipe my self 10 mins a go,

Decrease your protein intake Most probably you are having amoebic colitis. Get your stool examined. Take Tab metrogyl 2times for 5days. Take tab uni enzyme along with it. With this precaution and medication you will be al right.
