Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I recently did a selection course for a military organisation. It was in freezing cold conditions and I was outside, wet and on the move doing hard physical activity for 3 hours. At the end I couldn t feel anything, everything was very bright (colours) and I was told I was foaming at the mouth. Was this because of the cold or physical activity?

Infectious Diseases Specialist, Dr. Arun's Response
normally we have froath in the respiratory system. but as you have done a very hard work you are exhausted in the cold. and when you are in semi conscious condition you may felt shivering. this shivering causes excessive respiratory muscular activity. this leads to squizing the respiratory content out of your mouth. this leads to froathing to your mouth.
