Infectious Diseases Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
I understand your concern.
I am Dr. Arun Tank, infectious diseases specialist, answering your query.

In my opinion you should check for the ECG for your heart.

The disease you mentioned like IBD, hypertension etc puts you in category of high risk individuals of Heart attack.

ECG will tell you a recent past heart attack.

In some cases of heart attack patient also feels feverish as in your case.

I also advice you to get your lipid profile done. This will help you maintain the optimum level of lipid for your well being.

Please start doing exercise as per the guidance of physiotherapist.

I will be happy to answer your further concern, you can ask me on bit.ly/DrArun.
Thank you.
