What Is The Cause Of Fever And Abdominal Disturbance?

hi doctor,me and my husband has come to australia only 20 days back.but after 1week we are experincing problems like dark urine and abdominal disturbances.we don t consume anything from outside and preffer only home made food.and today i m having fever also.so plz tell me what is this happening to us and what is reason behind it.and tell us what should we take in our diet.

Noted the history of being in Australia with husband for only 20 days, eating home-made food only, yet the urine is dark and have abdominal disturbance,.
having fever also that started today, wants to know the probable reason and what should be taken in diet.
As per the history you have provided, thjis looks to be urinary tract infection and may be with relative dehydration due to less water intake or so.
Other than Beet-root nothing else gives coloration to urine and some medicines like Rifampicin or so.
Hence the most probable cause is that you have urinary tract infection and I would advise you the following:
First of all, send the sample of urine for routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity so that proper treatment can be done.
There is no need to change the diet as you have no intestinal complaints.
