What Is The Cause Of Burning Sensation In Nose And Forehead?

Hello! Last night I fell asleep on the keyboard. I woke up suddenly. I was looking down and my left nostril began leaking fluid it was clear,then a burning sensation began from my nose to my forehead. BAD Burning, it felt as though the fluid was coming from my head. Any opinions? Thanks,Summer

in my opinion clear watery rhinnohoea is may be due to CSF leaking through skull base . confirmation is obtained after examining fluid. does it comes more when u bend down on your back.? history of any trauma to forehead is also significant. if it's so I would recommend CT cisternography to confirm it's location and possibility. for burning sensation, I would recommend pregabalin tablet 75mg.
