What Is The Cause Of Burning In Stomach - Colitis Or Ovarian Cysts?

Im having a burning pain in my stomach and somtimes radiates in the left shoulder and even down my arm. I had a CT and it showed mild colitis possible and bilateral ovarian cyst. What do I do for next? Is is my ovary? my colitis? What doctor do I see?

Noted the history and understood the concerns:
The commonest cause of burning pain in abdomen is usually gastritis and acidity related things.
Colitis dives spasmodic pains and not the burning type.
The ovarian cyst is totally a different thing of concerns.
Let us discuss one by one:
For burning pain start taking a PPI like Omeprazole, antacids and see the results.
You may need an upper GI Endoscopy if the problem persists.
Also needed is an ultrasound to rule out any problem related to the gall bladder or liver.
CT scan showing colitis means there is an inflammation of the colon and a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotic and anti-spasmodic may help the best.
Since you have not mentioned any details about the ovarian cysts, it is difficult for me to comment on this.
If these are small and simple means, needs observation and follow-up regularly. If complex then needs surgical removal and histopathology to rule out cancer.
