What Is The Cause Of Breathing Problem?

Dear doc, I am unable to complete a yawn or take a deep satisfying breath since a few days. I am 38 male, I have no breathing problems while jogging etc. my Bp shows normal levels etc 125/78. i have been under a lot of stress at work though lately. what could be the problem.

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of stress related breathing problem is more in your case.
But better to get done chest x ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) first to rule out lung related causes.
If both are normal then possibility of stress and anxiety is more.
So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counseling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
So don't worry, you will be alright. Avoid stress and tension. Be relax and calm.
