What Is The Cause Of An Ear Ache And How Can I Treat It?
I was cleaning my ears with a Q tip and accidentally pushed up on it and heard a pop noise and I had a little blood on the end of the Q tip and had pain for about 4 hours and now any time I pull down on my ear lobe it hurts and it feels like something is being separated what is it and what do I do?

I really appreciate your concern from the history given here I could say that the chances of trauma to inner ear wall is very likely trauma to ear drum may not be there, for this you can have any pain killer orally, for the prophylactic basis antibiotic ear drop can be used and best option is "Ofloxacin ear drops" hope this information helps you, have nice day.
