hi.kindly pls help with the result of my urinalysis: appearance:yellow,hazy..pH 6.0, sP gravity 1.030 biochemical -all negative WBC - 0-2 RBC 1-3 sqaumous cells 0-1 urothelial cells 0 no organisms seen no casts seen..amorphous deposits +..pls tell me whats wrong cause i've been experiencing abdominal pain
Your urine analysis does not confirm urinary tract infection. However it does not rule it out either. To make sure, urine culture test needs to be done. Abdominal pain can be caused by many issues, not only UTI. As you have not mention about pain location, it is hard to guess what is the reason. For sure you need abdominal ultrasound and blood work to diagnose abdominal pain. Please also consult gynecologist if you are female.
Hope this will help. regards.
