sir idiagonised hiv1 positive by tridot.aswellas westrenblot. waiting for viral load. iam using condoms for last 10 years too avoid pregnancy. be truth i did not have any sexual contact with other women or idid not have blood tranfusion .my wife diagonised hiv1 negative.how i got infected

If I am your treating doctor I would like to advice you that sexual exposure and blood transfusion is one mode of infecting with HIV there are other modes also by which you may be infected. If you are IV drug user, if you born to HIV positive mother, If you received cut from barbers blade which is preveiously used for the hiv positive person.
