What Is The Cause For The Painful Lump On My Back?

hi there,, I had a hard lump on my back under the skin,, about 5 days after it appeared it popped by itself after a hot shower,, Blood and it appeared to be water mixed with it came out and it went down in size,, The two days before it popped my back was in some pretty good pain,, now it appears to have a little dimple in the center,, about the size of a dime and the skin is peeling a little around the bump,, Any idea's on what the name of this is and how to get rid of it?

i have gone through query. you seems to have sebaceous cyst with infection.so take a course of antibiotic like amoxy clav 625 mg three times a day for 4-5 days with probiotic and pain killer. if possible apply sumeg paste as dressing.
you will get over it,take care.
