What Is The Cause For Sweating, headache And Shaking All Night?

I am very concerned for my girlfriend. The last two nights, she has been sweating all night, along with severe headaches.......and even times she would shake . I have been researching it - one possibility is meningitis - but I am scared it could be something worse. She is at the hospital now.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the fever with rigor. don't try to go far into the deep knowledge.
To unlock the confusion consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
She may need to have some tests for diagnosis. If it is meningitis, or some thing else, she will be alright soon.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms injection chloroquin, cifixime, ranitidine, and paracetamol.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
