What Is The Cause For Severe Stomach Aches When On Vitamin B12 And Iron Supplements?

Hi there for the past 2 days I have been experiencing some severe stomach aches with no vomiting or diarrhea. The pain comes and goes and feels as though I am having contractions or a miscarriage. I am not pregnant either. I am very bloated and have a gluten and dairy intolerance so I avoid these foods. I am on vitamin B12 and iron supplements. Please help me.

the problem is probably due to iron supplementation. You see what happens is that iron tablets are known to cause gastric side effects like abdominal pain, nausea, vomitting, diarrhea, black stools etc.
