Several years ago my husband and I vacationed in Mexico. About a month after our return home I noticed I had a patch of some sort of rash on the shin of my right leg, although it was not red, but rather just a patch of little bumps with white tops almost resembled stickers sticking out of my skin. They do itch and Which havd now spread to other parts of my body. I have been to my primary care doctor who referred me to a dermatologist over last couple years. They have tried different creams, antibiotics, and steroids to no avail and doctors don t seem to know what it is. I have ask time and time again if it could be some type of parasite and the answer is always the same, no. As I said these patches have spread to different parts of my body and I m becoming very uncomfortable, with the itching and the scabs that I am left with. How do it I know for sure it is not some sort of.parasite that I picked up on our vacation and if a person did have a parasite would it show up any sort of in blood work? What testing would need to be done to be absolutely positive it is not parasites that I m dealing with. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Juley
