What Is The Cause For Itchiness And The Pain In Urethra With Nausea?

Had my period Jan 31 not due for my next one for a few more weeks. I have Crohn's and went to the er for a flare up and they said I had a UTI. I didn't feel like I did but today(5 days into my antibiotics) I have been feeling some discomfort. I'm still on antibiotics and take them as directed. Today I have been feeling itchy and feeling pain in my urethra. When I peed there was brownish black stuff on the toilet paper and later when I peed again there was little specks on the toilet paper and some of the same color stuff in the toilet. I also felt a sudden onset of abdominal pain and nausea and had to run out of class to vomit. I had an intra-abdominal abscess last month that is gone now. Could this be a Urinary or Fecal Fistula?

Hi.
With the history and findings you noted , this can be a fistula ( with the history of intra-abdominal abscess and Crohn's). I would advise you to go for the investigations to confirm or rule this out as per your Doctor's recommendations.
