What Is The Cause For 40-45 Pus Cells With PSA 20.64?

Age 49 My dad did the first urine checkup and found pus cells numerous and rbc s 8-10 he also did an ultrasound size was 40 cc General result was Grade 2 prostatomegaly with diminished echoes date 16.02.14 In 6.4.14 again urine test showed pus cells 5-10 with plenty bacteria then again urine test 11.4.14 showed pus cells 40-45 with no bacteria a sonography shows significant post ovoid residue with heterogenous echotexture and PSA level is 20.64ng/dl what might be the reason?

Hello

Your father findings may indicate UTI and enlarged prostate.
He may need antibiotics depending upon culture and sensitivity report.
He may need specific medicines for enlarged prostate.
He may also need prostatic biopsy due to increased PSA level.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
