As provided in your narrative you are feeling distressed with urinary tract infection. For this first and foremost thing what you have to do is to drink as much water as you can as it will take care of your urine infection as well as hydration. Along with this you have to take some antibiotic like tab norflox 400 mg or tab ciplox 500 mg twice daily after meals with tab akilos-p or tab ultracet twice daily after meals if you are feeling pain with cap omez or cap rabtas twice daily empty stomach. As you had already have history of renal stone there is a possibility of renal stone again because complain of blood from urethra is mostly related to stone.
