hi sir, i am hemant deshpande working in ghana, my wife 34 years old started pain with eye since 3 days .around the eye area is etching and became redish,today it started pain in ear also, is it harpies. pl suggest the treatment thanks n regards hemant deshpande

it can be just an allergy. take some antiallergic orally as well as eye drops. but if symptoms are unilateral, it can be herpes. take tramadol for pain and consult an ENT specialist
