Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to healthcare magic ,

Since even after the cardiac problem has been taken care of , the pain in the neck radiating to the arm still persists, it is probably a part of cervical spondylitis.

TREATMENT:
1) SOFT CERVICAL COLLAR ( very important )
2) Neck muscle exercises ( can be done while sitting on the chair )
3) hot water fomentation over the neck and arm
4) dicloran gel application.
5) use a small pillow or a small pillow.
