Hello there,
You seem to have the beginning symptoms of an eating disorder. An aversion to eating , and guilt on eating anything along with a dis-satisfaction of your body image all point towards it. I would urge you to consult a psychologist and seek counseling. Not only will they be able to trace the root cause that leads you to worry like this , they will also give you behavior therapy to promote a healthy image and eat food in a way which suits your body.
